Job Description:
.Net Developer with SITECORE EXPERIENCE
Design, develop, document and test a web based application using .NET. Candidates must have 5 years experience developing commercial websites/E-commerce applications (preferably customer facing) for mid to large corporations using C# .NET and ASP .NET/ASP.
Install and configure IIS, .NET environment on Workstation for development, Quality Assurance (QA) environment, and Production.
Develop both requirements (use cases) and architecture documents (UML) consistent with object-oriented principles. Accurately estimate work effort and complete milestones on schedule.
Education and Typical Years of Experience
Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent work experience. Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible related technical experience, including 1 year developing large, technically complex systems with major responsibility for developing, revising and controlling technical documentation.
Special Requirements
REQUIRED:(MINIMUM)
Minimum 2-3 years experience in performing requirements gathering, system analysis and providing applications design based on Microsoft technologies.
Minimum 2-3 years experience with MS SQL Server database development/integration is a must.
MUST HAVE:
Experience with Sitecore Content Management Server required, Version 6+ will be a plus.
Excellent attitude and communication skills (verbal & written) to interact with technical and non-technical teams. Must have the ability to work independently at customer sites with minimal project supervision. Strong commitment to developing quality software.
