Overview:
Strong MFG Project/Program Manager
10 years experience managing EBS projects in multi-plant mfg environments, (global projects preferred)
Strong AIM methodology required
Excellent communication skills
Strong organization and PM methodologies
Structured deliverables methodologies (must know the deliverables and what involved in getting them developed)
Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in implementing as both a project manager with a functional lead.
We are seeking individuals to provide high-quality product consultancy to clients to help them gain the optimum benefit from their eBusiness software.
General Duties/Tasks:
Provides Oracle project management and functional consulting services to their clients
Leads groups in business process reengineering, best practices and customization issues
Acts as the liaison between the internal project team, executive team, and other key stakeholders
Tracks project progress and manages expectations through successful project completion and provides contingency plans to assure project objectives are met
Shares suggestions and knowledge capital to help optimize AIM implementation methodology
Required Skills:
Solid understanding and work experience as a project manager and functional lead
Minimum of five years current, hands-on Oracle eBusiness with global delivery exerience
Strong AIM methodology required
Oracle eBusiness R12 and global experience are both preferred
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to manage a team through all aspects of an implementation and upgrade
Effectively manages scope and customer expectations
Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of customer issues
Consulting Skills:
Communicates clearly and effectively with customers
Consistently produces clear, concise status reports
Builds confidence and trust with customers
Displays effective analytical skills
Committed to customer satisfaction
Committed to the highest standards of excellence
PMP certification preferred but not required
