A leading Australian Not-For-Profit organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to apply analytical expertise to support the project in delivering critical financial and capability improvement outcomes for the Organisation.
The Role:
- Capitalise on work previously undertaken, lead solution development through requirements clarification, analysis and solution definition, taking into account the people, process and system aspects of delivery;
- Define process metrics and develop the mechanism for measuring these outcomes (benefits management) in line with expected project outcomes;
- Lead requirements specification and define the monitoring and control processes for ongoing measurement of performance;
- Review and improve the budgeting process, including requirements specification;
- Develop a Business Case for appropriate automation of the project process, including reporting;
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with project personnel and key stakeholders.
The Person:
- Experience in delivering large-scale process improvement initiatives with evidenced skills in developing business process toolkits to deliver significant value within an organisation.
- Significant experience in working on enterprise-level process improvement initiatives that require substantial cultural and work practice change.
- Experience in working with a wide range of stakeholders to establish and agree complex business requirements.
- Proven track record in leading technology reviews to ensure technical requirements match business needs.
- Experience in developing business cases, with options clearly defined and quantified, and recommendations articulated and justified.
- Experience in defining process metrics and implementing measurement frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to influence team members and stakeholders to change processes and ways of working, incorporating strong negotiating and influencing capabilities..
- Experience in engaging different professional groups and levels within a large and complex organisation to gather requirements and define solutions collaboratively.
- Understanding of project and change management frameworks and processes.
