Our client is a leading financial services company with a multi-billion pound business.
A vacancy has arisen for a strong Enterprise Change Manager with experience of leading change activities in organisations undergoing rapid and continued change. This is a key role ensuring business change intitiatives meet business schedule and budget objectives with a particular focus on managing the people side of change. You will develop and implement change management plans that minimise employee resistance and maximise benefits delivery and employee engagement. You shall also provide support, coaching and mentoring of front line managers throughout change transition.
The role involves:
* Developing, implementing, managing and promoting 'best practice' change management governance, frameworks, strategies, standards and processes.
* Conduct change readiness assessments, analyse, evaluate and report results
* Develop, implement and manage actionable and targeted change management plans
* Work with program and project teams to integrate change management activities into program and project plans
* Support the execution of change plans by employee facing managers and business leaders
* Leading a team of 5-6 people in actively rolling out changes driven by projects
With extensive experience across significant financial services projects you will demonstrate a proven track record of delivery in a complex environment managing multiple stakeholders. Your skills include strong leadership, superior planning and management, stakeholder management, analysis and communication.
