Campaign Manager - Financial Services Marketing
Established financial services company requires two highly motivated Campaign Managers with a solid recent experience in Financial Services Marketing and with an intermediary/marketing/communication background.
For the Campaign Manager role it is essential to have:
* Financial services marketing experience essential
* Significant experience in direct marketing roles - minimum 15-20 campaigns
* Knowledge of market segments and regulatory environment
* Evidence of having delivered effective DM campaigns
* Extensive knowledge of direct response principles particularly in relation to press, direct mail and on-line marketing.
* Supplier and team management
* Development of robust direct marketing plans, including responsibility for achieving key KPI'S eg sales
* Ability to challenge existing ways of doing things based on knowledge and experience
* Passionate about customers and consumers
* Understand the needs of lifestage based customer segments
* Ability to turn technical details into real customer benefits and language
* Ability to negotiate with actuarial and compliance to ensure clear customer communications
* Tenacity with regards to delivering communications with associated targets
Qualifications:
* University level education - or qualified by equivalent experience
* Business/marketing qualifications, ideally IDM - or qualified by equivalent experience
Campaign Manager - Financial Services Marketing is responsible for:
* Consumer campaigns for products within business unit
* All channels (B2B, D2C, Intermediary, Partnerships)
* All media
* Management of external direct marketing and media agency relationships
Campaign Manager - Financial Services Marketing role includes:
* To cost effectively develop and deliver end to end consumer communications across all media in support of direct channel targets.
* To deliver sales aids, presentations, and website content for intermediated distribution as required
* To deliver brand response campaigns
* To work closely with business units and Compliance to deliver compelling messages through product communications for new and existing customers.
* To work with the senior communications manager to develop and deliver an overall communication plan.
* To lead and manage a virtual team of reps from the various marketing teams involved in product launches/projects, ensuring activities across all marketing areas are maximised/co-ordinated and we have one source for reporting on progress
* To deliver against KPIs (eg sales and customer retention) for all consumer communications.
* Liaise with Channel Marketing (Distribution) managers to ensure intermediary communications (all produced by that team) are aligned to consumer communications.
* Financial Controls - Ensure all expenditure commitments (orders, contracts, budgets etc)
