Quality Assurance & Benefits Management consultant required for Finance Change programme within a global financial services organisation.

This person will be responsible for the following:
- Developing deploying and operating a programme wide Quality Management Strategy, ensuring alignment with company standards and ensuring quality expectations are met
- Supporting individual projects in developing and maintaining their Quality Plans
- Communicating the Quality Management Strategy to all programme and project personnel
- Monitoring Quality across all projects and reporting to Programme Management on quality issues
- Setting and maintaining a standard approach to benefits management including benefit identification, definition, planning and realisation.
- Developing and maintaining templates and documentation relating to the Benefits Management approach
- Providing guidance, support and review to the benefits activity taking place, ensuring projects are set up to succeed in identifying and delivering benefit
- Providing benefits briefing and training to project and Finance personnel

This role requires a hands on Quality Management consultant who can also demontrate experience of developing and overseeing benefits realisation frameworks within large scale Finance Change programmes; an MSP qualification; in depth understanding of accounting and finance (ideally qualified accountant); and solid process re-engineering skills (ideally Six Sigma).
