A Resource Analyst is now required by my financial services client based in Edinburgh on a 3 month contract.
This Resourcing Support role is within the Business Support Resourcing Team.
The role is responsible for headcount database and resourcing processes:
- Maintaining vacancies and headcount requests
- Profile, review, maintain and administer establishment model
- Financial authorisation and forecasts
- Highly experienced in Excel & PowerPoint - for incorporation into senior manager presentations
- Used to storing, extracting and validating resource data
This is a critical role essential to the smooth running of the resourcing and headcount management function.
