Swim Social Work Team are looking to recruit a Senior Social Worker in the Family Support Team based in Suffolk. This is a 4 month, full time position.Your job will be to:
*Undertake all initial assessment and new child protection referrals to formulate initial packages of support and take to initial conference.
*Provide, purchase and co-ordinate packages of care to children and families and to assess the needs of service users are adequately met and reviewed.
You must have the following experience:
*Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in Children and Families Teams
*Previous experience of working in a Family Support Team
You will need the following qualifications:
*Social Work degree / DIPSW
*Full GSCC registration
