Swim Social Work Recruitment are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker to join an Adult Mental Health Team based in Southwark. This is a full time post for 3 months initially.

You must hold GSCC registration and have at least 2-3 years post qualification experience. The client will not accept CV's if you do not hold this registration/experience, so please apply if applicable.

Your job will be to;
*Undertake partnership work, assessment, commissioning packages of care
*Undertake mental health assessments under the 1983 Mental Health Act
*Undertake multi disciplinary assessments under Continuing Health Care Criterion
*Undertake best interest decision making, deprivation of liberty safeguards , issues around power of attorney, capacity issues with older people and work with multi disciplinary team members on aspects of this
*Undertake multi agency work with professionals including GPs, Mental Health Consultants, the Police and the Ambulance Service
*Carry out care co-ordination and care management
*Carry out risk assessments
