Swim Social Work Team are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker in the Older People's Team based in Bedfordshire. This is a 3 month, full time position.

Your job will be to:

*Work within the values of the Department as expressed within the People First Philosophy
*With supervision and consultation to manage a caseload as allocated by a Care Manager
*Where applicable, to accept responsibility for carrying out action in relation to the liberty of safety of users, where necessary in emergency situations
*Work with users to assess their needs and produce a statement of need agreed with or shared with users
*Identify with service users a range of options available to meet needs identified

You must have the following experience:
*At least 3 years post qualification experience in Social Work
*At least 1 years experience of working in a Adults/Older People's Team

You will need the following qualifications:
*Social Work degree / DIPSW
*Full GSCC registration
