Minimum Requirements:The Contract Management solutions architect will provide direction and leadership to ensure that the delivered solutions support business processes and a consistent architecture operating model.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Contract Management Solutions Architect will be an integral part of Sales & Marketing Architecture organization. The architect will be responsible for delivering a solution architecture as a part of retiring the Legacy CARS and CARS Medicaid systems and migrating to iMANY ContractSphere implementation.
This position will support the capture of client requirements and translating these into technical solutions. The Contract Management architect will define and deliver solution architecture strategy, design, and the roadmap to successfully implement the iMANY ContractSphere system. The Contract Management solutions architect will be responsible for day-to-day design activities, and orchestrating knowledge transfer to the support organization.

III. ADDITIONAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define project/business technology strategy.
Develop and maintain architecture documents such as current and future state application architecture, interface design, gap analysis, software design specification, and roadmaps depicting the interim progressions.
Collaborate with external software and consulting vendors to develop estimates and overall solution implementation.
Determine resource requirements and costs for IT projects.
Prepare and deliver technical proposals and presentations with regards to solution architecture, solution options, associated risks, and implementation.
Participate in/Conduct vendor RFI/RFP activities and project design reviews and work with vendors to deliver products that realize the target solution architecture.
Review Business Requirements Specifications for completeness.
Identify architecture requirements as part of the Functional Requirements Specification.
Create/refine the Conceptual Solutions Architecture based on current requirements.
Manage the Logical Solutions Architecture, the "high level design" of the program/project.
Provide oversight during construction/configuration to ensure the final implementation is consistent with the solutions architecture.
Develop and review system documentation.
Educate and explain standards to both internal and external parties.
Communicate to clients and partners at both the technical and/or functional level.
Transfer knowledge to maintenance and operations teams.
