Key Purpose of Role A pivotal role in the UK and Northern Europe Marketing team responsible for design and implementation of direct- and email-marketing.
Key Accountabilities Working as part of the marketing team, responsibility will be to focus upon the design of CRM collateral from conception to completion. This would generally include postcards, self-mailers, weekly and campaign/new release email contacts. To work closely with the other Graphic Designers to ensure consistency across the brands. Working with the Direct Marketing Executives to produce campaign POS as and when required. Support brand identities. All designs will need to adhere to the current guidelines whilst complimenting and developing the brand identities. To support and communicate with the Design Manager on day-to-day activities when required. To provide support, on occasion, to other Head Office departments. This could involve display material, advertisements, invitations, presentations, etc. To build and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments and external agencies/printers to ensure customer service measures are met. Work Experience Previous Graphic Design experience in online and offline channels Experience in a similar role with CRM/Direct Marketing Competencies/Skills Mac applications:- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator InDesign (CS4) Team player Self motivation Ability to manage and take ownership of own workload Able to communicate clearly on all levels. Ability to work within brand guidelines Job Suitability
This role would suit a candidate with a creative flair and excellent eye for detail. They must work well within a team and have good organisation and planning skills. They must also have an understanding of print and digital design and the limitations upon design. Knowledge of video game/entertainment industry desirable
