Description
Our client has an opportunity for an experienced SAP Functional Consultants & Managers to join their team.The main duties will involve the following (but not limited to):
- Create project deliverable templates and standards (eg including process standards)
- Develop and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
- Plan and manage program-wide application build, test, and deploy activities
- Driving test planning and execution
- Provide implementation consultancy with responsibility for assigned modules
- Business requirements analysis
- Plan and establish post go-live activities including ongoing support
- Participate in recruitment activities in your geography
- For Senior Consultants and Managers - added responsibility to manage a small to large team of direct reports
- Travel is mandatory as required
Skills required for the role include: (but not limited to):
- Tertiary and appropriate computing qualifications and substantial knowledge and a minimum of 5 years experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and report writing skills
- Extensive experience in the implementation of large scale SAP systems
- Extensive experience in analysis, design, running workshops, implementation, configuration, support and training
