Alexander Ash are working with a multinational Investment Bank based in London who are seeking a Talent & Leadership Practitioner to join their team to interview the company's leadership team and evaluate what they currently do and what a leader should look like in the future.
It's industry agnostic, they just want the right skill set!
This is a London based, inside IR35 contract role with an initial 6-month term, with the strong likelihood of extension to a year.
