Job Title: French Speaking Customer Service Representative

Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently recruiting for a first class Customer Service Representative with French language skills to work at their client’s offices on inbound and outbound telephone campaigns, you will be working as part of a highly driven team and will need to deal with complaints whilst maintaining outstanding professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Effectively manage inbound and/or outbound telephone calls and emails from existing customers as well as potential customers
- Ensure quality standards are met/exceeded, as set out in the Quality Programme.
- Offering advise and product expertise to customers
- Working to set targets and striving to achieve / exceed them at all times
- Resolve customer service complaints/issues in a timely and effective manner, only escalating to the Team Manager when necessary
- Responsible for administration
- Suggest ideas for continuous improvements of procedures in all part of the business
Key Experience and Skills:
- Fluency in French, both verbal and written
- Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Able to compose emails and letters, using excellent spelling and grammar
- Outstanding communication skills and prioritisation skills
- Experience of IT systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel and the Internet
- A second European language would be highly desirable
