Job Title: German Speaking In-Store Bakery Manager

Location: Greater London
Language Recruitment Services (LRS) are currently recruiting for an experienced and talented in-store bakery manager with fluency in German to head up a skilled and friendly team located at their client's London branch. Your responsibilities will be varied and will include the management of personnel, business planning, advertising, hygiene, operational procedures and sales.
Responsibilities:
*Personnel
-Leading the bakery and sales teams, recruitment and dismissal of employees when necessary, with the approval of senior management
- Providing guidance to existing and new employees in line with company guidelines
-Compliance and implementation of business planning to include the organisation of shift rotas, breaks, and holiday schedules.
-Legal regulations should be taken into consideration in regard to all the above tasks
*Business Planning
-Planning and implementation of monthly and yearly sales targets
-Planning and implementation of other variable business budget controls for example:
COGs (cost of goods), packaging, power and machinery maintenance.
*Advertising
-Planning and implementing all advertising activity within set guidelines
*Hygiene
-Implementation of legal hygiene regulations in compliance with local regulatory authorities and keeping inline with budgets
-Compliance with the company's hygiene procedures
*Monitoring of Operational Procedures
-Maintenance of all machinery and equipment in-store
-Ensuring reasonable upkeep of all goods received
-Keeping to original recipes
-Recycling old bread in compliance with guidelines
-Modification of product lines, with approval of senior management
-Organisation of pricing, through discussion with senior management
-Cash management in line with guidelines
Requirements:
*2-3 years previous experience in a similar position in the FMCG
*Fluency in German ideally to native standard
*Excellent people management skills as well as strong communication skills
