Description
A major UK Plc is currently seeking a HR technology strategy lead to create, define and articulate the organisations 3-5 years HR systems strategy.
Working with senior HR and project level stakeholders, your remit will be dissect the current project landscape for HR and underpinning technologies, whilst also assessing the impact of auxiliary programmes which will impact HR in the future. Through the review of the current landscape, HR technology capability and overarching HR strategy, you will craft a fit-for-purpose strategy which aligns with the organisation strategic objectives, highlights options for future operating models, and engages senior leadership into the future vision.
You will have a track-record of:
* Delivering and defining the strategic direction of HR Systems and future roadmaps, ideally with SAP as the underpinning HCM system
* Track-record of delivering major HR systems programmes
* Demonstrable experience of working with outsourced HR partnerships and galvanising disparate HR and operational stakeholder groups - successfully unifying them under a single vision
* Extensive senior stakeholder engagement, with a strong ability of articulating operational HR strategies and project management-level
* International experience - working across cultural and geographical boundaries.
