Oracle Applications Technical Consultant with CRM experience
Opportunity
An opportunity exists for a proven Oracle Application consultant to join a Top UK Consultancies Oracle Business Solutions practice which specialises in the implementation of Oracle's E-business Suite.
Essential Skills:
Service, Teleservice, Installed base, Telesales, CRM Foundation, Territory Management and other CRM/related modules
Full life cycle systems implementation with strong CRM techno-functional consulting skills
Oracle functional/technical design experience/consulting experience specialising in CRM modules;
Knowledge of Oracle implementation methodologies;
Studying and documenting current business processes and procedures;
Documentation of As-is and To-Be processes; Gap analysis
Work on-site with clients to provide high quality deliverables;
Develop functional and technical detailed designs for extensions/customisations;
Manage technical design/development, code reviews;
Configure applications to cater for CRPs, POCs and Workshops;
Configuration Documentation; Configure application for UAT/Production
Must have track record of Oracle CRM implementation experience either as team member with strong communication and interpersonal skills
