Description
Business Analyst required to join the Equity Finance/Prime Brokerage area of a leading Global Investment Banking Group based in the city. Ongoing requirements to help shape strategy for the Equity Finance program for next 5 years.
Main function of the role is supporting the Equity Finance Global Business, the successful candidate working directly with Front Office sales and traders to analyse, document and propose solutions and to prepare functional specifications for the build teams.
Applicants must have:
- Strong knowledge of investment banking functions, minimum 5+ years in capital markets environment
- Proven ability to deliver in Matrix management environment without direct resource ownership
- Experience in dealing with senior level FO & infrastructure stakeholders and in building strong relationships at all levels
- Experience in working effectively across regions (London, New York, Hong Kong).
- Good knowledge of Delta 1.
- Equity swaps, Lepos/Pnotes, CFD's. Options and option strategies, Future, Synthetic Prime
- Proven track record in Software Development
- End to end experience of the project life cycle
- Experience interacting directly with end users
- Proven experience working and delivering within a "Matrix" management environment
