Quality Operating Systems (QOS) Analyst – 6 month Contract – London – Circa £40p/hMy Client a leading Music licensing company based in central London are currently looking to recruit a (QOS) Quality Operating Systems Analyst on a 6 month contract, this position will be paying circa £40 per hour.
Summary:
To review the contents of each QOS Discipline document ensuring that each discipline is correct in accordance with the owner and to launch a new version.
Understand how the tools work for Change and Release Management and ensure where possible the discipline processes are built in to the appropriate tool eg Supportworks ITSM/SPR.
Specific objectives:
Produce a work plan for the QOS documentation review.
Agree the owners of each QOS discipline, update and ensure they are aware they are responsible for updating the document in the future, then launch QOS V.2 to all IT.
Understand how SupportWorks ITSM and the SPR tool works with Change and Release Management and put together a gap analysis report.
Prioritise all identified gaps and document.
Implement solutions for all ‘key’ gaps and a strategy to solve the others over time. Provide a plan for implementing this.
Provide a list of metrics required from Change, Release and Configuration Management and prioritise this list and ensure the requested reports are documented in the QOS Disciplines - those nice to have reports to be documented too.
Put in place a training/awareness communication programme and implement (to include Business and IT).
Launch QOS v2.0 to all IT and the required tool to assist with the QOS processes.
