Hushpak is seeking a Mechanical Engineer or engineering associate with experience in acoustics to join its growing team at Hushpak Engineering. The role will suit a hands-on engineer who is interested in developing skills in the acoustics field to provide solutions for our mining, heavy industry and manufacturing customers.
The role will involve the following key activities:
- Taking noise measurements
- Acoustic modelling (free field)
- Building and machinery acoustics
- Attenuation modelling
- Assisting in the preparation of proposals and technical reports
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- Associate Diploma or degree qualification in relevant discipline
- Relevant technical and acoustic experience
- Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Current drivers licence
