Support the Project and wider business with the smooth delivery of project coordination, reporting and administration.
Key responsibilities of the role include preparing and maintaining project plans, preparing projects reports and general coordination duties. This part time contract role will suit someone that is flexible enough to help out with other duties such as arranging meetings etc.
Key skills required:
* Minimum of 3 years proven project coordination experience within an IT environment
* Structured approach to key Project Management functions
* Fast learner with an aptitude for coming up to speed with new technology, terminology and complexities of projects
* Competence with MS Project and MS Office 2007, Excel, Word and Access
* Strong business documentation skills
* Solid organisation and prioritisation skills and advanced knowledge
* Personable nature with the ability to build solid relationships
