Experienced Business Analyst to work in the London based team to drive key existing initiatives and help define the detailed requirements and scope of the 2012 programme.
Sales Technology is responsible for delivering Client Relationship Management and Management Information solutions to over 2,000 Sales and Finance users. The existing Sales IT platforms will be dramatically re-engineered, introducing full OLAP capabilities in a custom Java Swing desktop sales client, together with a host of tools to manage the MI environment effectively.
Business analysis plays a vital role in the ongoing process of on-boarding new asset classes and sites to the MI and CRM platforms. Trade and static data sources must be identified, business and technology stakeholders engaged and managed and end user requirements documented, discussed and agreed with development teams.
Essential experience includes:
- Extensive experience undertaking Business Analysis of Front Office trade life-cycles
- Extensive experience gathering requirements from Front Office users
- Experience managing senior Front Office stakeholders
- Cross-Asset expertise, working with the major asset classes (FX, Fixed Income, Equities...)
- Highly literate with the ability to distil comples business concepts into simple language
- Agile and waterfall environments
- Experience with Microsoft Transact SQL
- Understanding of trade warehouseing and OLAP concepts
- QlikTech QlickView 10
- SAP Business Objects
- Siebel 7/8
- Agile testing approaches
