Description
Internal Communications Manager for UK and Ireland with SharePoint experience. Manage updates to the UK & Ireland Senior Executive website liaising with web agency. Manage updates and development of the Internal Communications team SharePoint site/events calendar and organise monthly team meetings. Write articles for UK wide monthly e-newsletter; input into any channel developments. Organise internal events including supporting the leadership communications manager in managing large Senior Executive conferences. Manage collation of content, editing and distribution of monthly Senior Executive leadership briefing. Write, edit and distribute communications around specific events eg World Environment Day, celebrating Accenture people and community programmes. Write leadership communications for senior leaders in the UK - including film scripts and emails. Support the human capital and diversity team in writing of credentials/case studies and awards submissions Support the internal communications team in producing collateral for UKI-wide employee and leadership campaigns including brochures and videos. Measure effectiveness of current communications approaches. Provide administrative support to the internal communications team including room bookings, conference call bookings and invoice management.
