IT Technician needed for automotive firm in Italy.

Background
A junior technician is required for work in various sites in Italy.
Past experience is not necessary; however the candidate should know their way around a PC and have basic PC knowledge.
Candidate MUST have use of own car and laptop.
Candidate MUST be able to speak fluent Italian.
Training will be provided (in Italy or UK) before being sent to work.

The Role
To schedule, survey and install the TechDoc3 diagnostic platform via WIFI into Client Dealerships throughout Italy.

Duties & Responsibilities
To make a scheduling call to the dealership for the survey (scripted).
To follow up that call with an email (scripted).
To perform a visual WiFi survey on visit 1 and complete the survey form provided.
To perform a second scheduling call (scripted) for the Installation.
To follow that call with an email (scripted).
To make a second visit to unpack, assemble, install an access point and laptop with 2 peripherals (PicoScope & Vehicle Interface Module) configure and connect to the Internet.
To draw down updates for the GTS software and Tech Doc3 software.
To invite a technician to connect to a vehicle (5 minutes) and then perform a back up of the system.
Local language must be used (Italian)
The project is 3 months (10 weeks) initially and may be extended.
Daily pay rate will be dependent on number of installations completed per day (maximum 3 installations).
