Our clients are currently seeking a number of community field workers to work with service users with a physical disability or sensory impairment, facilitating and encouraging service users in activities in the community appropriate to their age, needs and abilities, which promote and develop their independence, abilities and opportunities in the community.•Based in North West London (Northwood HA6)

Essential Requirements
•Experience of key support work across a number of clients
•At least 1 years experience of working with physical disability or sensory impairment
•Excellent organisational skills
•Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
•Car driver (business insurance preferred)
•Experience of delivering personal care and managing challenging behaviour
•Commitment to maintaining the dignity, choice and respect of service users
•Eligibility to work in the UK without Visa restrictions
