Incentives Manager, 3-month contract, Bristol, From £350 per day
My client, a leading bank is seeking to recruit an incentives manager to join their team based in Bristol. As a skilled and motivated analyst it will be your responsibility to play a key role in the design and implementation of a new incentive scheme for the frontline and see it through to successful delivery.
To be considered for this opportunity you must have strong analytical skills and the ability to use base data in Excel and databases to design a scheme, which maximises performance of individual performance against a number of metrics.
The successful candidate will need:
Strong Excel Skills (modelling experience and use for large volume data manipulation)
* Database skills (either Access or enhanced Excel skills) the role will require use of complex data
* Practical knowledge of performance distributions (Preferably an understanding of Monte-Carlo modelling)
* Analyst skills and experience (presenting the results in a business focused, neat and easy to understand output)
Whilst not essential it would be advantageous to have
* Experience of the creation/design of reward schemes (sales incentives)
* Knowledge of Retail/Commercial banking products
* Finance knowledge (income, balances) but need not have professional accountancy qualifications
* A working knowledge of process development and implementation
