Service Desk, Livelinl, SQL.

Service Desk Analyst required to provide product specific help desk 2nd line service to business user, covering all aspects of Livelink administration. The successful candidate will be required to monitor system usage and provide regular ad-hoc reports (SQL server database) to project management as required.

Essential Skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain  electronic document and records management system (OpenText Livelink 9.5.1).

Proactively monitor operational performance of the system and ensure appropriate escalation of problems.

Monitor system usage and provide regular ad-hoc reports (SQL server database) to project management as required.Provide a product specific helpdesk (2nd line) service to business users, covering all aspects of Livelink administration.

Export data and record sets from Livelink in formats agreed with the recipients.Work with Information and Technical Architects, records managers and senior users to support the transfer of data and records.

Take responsibility for the planning and delivery of defined work packages for the transition, and actively engage with business stakeholders.Identify document risks and issues and escalate as and when appropriate.Supporting the closedown of the Livelink system, including moving records to other repositories.Work within the agreed project governance structures.
