Are you an experienced NHS Theatres Manager with excellent communication skills and the ability to enable change?
Have you previously worked in an environment where there is a disconnect between the clinical and non clinical teams? Can you show a track record of operational improvement, the introduction of best practice and the delivery of improved theatre utilisation?
My client, a large acute trust is urgently seeking an experienced Theatre Manager to deliver these challenges and interviews are planned to take place during next week (from Wednesday 21st), interims will be shortlisted no later than Tuesday September 20th.
You should be used to managing an operational theatres team, have experience of CIP/QIPP agendas, meeting local and national targets as well as a proven track record in a similar challenging role.
