The Role
This role is officially based out of their Sydney CBD office and you will be required to regularly travel to projects in your portfolio of responsibility. The territory covers northern suburbs Sydney and northern NSW region. You will not be required to attend the office daily, enabling you to travel directly to site and to work from home.

You will be required to plan and manage proactive OH&S programs to mitigate against harm to people, property and the environment whilst assisting in the development of a positive OH&S culture. Providing OH&S advice, coaching and training to line management, staff and contractors to help ensure all company activities are done in a safe and compliant fashion is also of paramount concern.

The Person
Applicants should be professionally qualified, energetic and goal orientated with a good understanding of the OH&S issues that affect the property and development industry. A strong knowledge of and ability to manage OH&S to the appropriate NSW OH&S legislation and codes is vital for success in this role as are your high standards of written and verbal communication and broader engagement skills.
