My client are a leading Pharmaceutical organisation based in North Ryde. They are looking for a confident, organised, switched on individual with a can do attitude and high attention to detail to join their team as a Marketing Assistant. This will initially be a 6 month contract. This could suit a recent uni graduate with strong administration, excel and numerical skills. This could also suit a candidate on a working holiday Visa.
Duties include:
- Liaising with external marketing agencies regarding promo material
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- General Administration
- Coordinating internal and external meetings
- Minutes and reporting
- Liaising with clients
- Supporting the product managers
- Sales team support
- Generating reports
- Booking and organizing travel
