Description
A major consumer organisation is seeking a interim MS Programme Planner for a major HR transformation initiative.
Working across the entire programme team, 3rd party Systems Integrators and the wider HR community your remit will be to establish a master MS Programme Plan to support their HR Shared Service programme. Working in a highly collaborative, engaging and structured fashion, you will ensure that the incumbent project leaders are able to own the planning of their respective workstreams - highlighting key interdependencies, change control, milestone change impact whilst ensuring each project stream is accounted for in the programme plan.
You will have a track-record of:
* Significant experience of methodical programme planning with MS Project, ideally within the context of a Shared Service initiative (not critical). This role will only suit a purist programme planner, not a PMO Manager.
* Expert knowledge of MS Project, with experience of creating Board level reporting and project level reporting
* Strong ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups
* Track-record of delivering planning in a complex change and programme environment.
