Site Specialist - Memphis, TN

    Position Overview
    You will be responsible for the installation and training of POS software.

    Responsibilities

  • Implementation, rollout and training of proprietary software
  • Terminal Services setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Basic Microsoft SQL Server troubleshooting
  • Ability to run SQL scripts
  • Basic Network troubleshooting
  • Quickly identify and solve problems.
  • After certification training, the individual will be expected to become an expert at all areas of installation, configuration, and implementation of the software.

    • Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent PC skills - Microsoft Windows 7 and XP Workstations, and Windows Server 2008
  • Strong interpersonal skills, experience training others
  • Experience with network and SQL server troubleshooting
  • Must pass a criminal background check
