We are actively seeking to recruit a highly skilled Complaints Handlers to work with our Financial Services client to whom we are first tier supplier,

The Client:

  • Leading & forward thinking financial services organisation
  • Branches throughout the UK

Responsibilities & Deliverables:
To carry out full and comprehensive investigations into an agreed number of PPI complaints each week to the required quality levels and then to maintain these quality and productivity levels throughout the duration of the contract.

Required skills:

  • Good level of experience in PPI complaint handling is essential.
  • Be able to demonstrate the ability to carry out full investigations and produce a detailed letter and decision report to a high standard.
  • Handling a full caseload of PPI complaints and managing them through to resolution.

Looking for those with experience of the redress process and completing calculations.
