Description
Activities:
- Planning and execution of the AD/AM partner evaluation and selection process
- Establishing and running decision-making team with a clear evaluation framework and clear roles and decision-making accountabilities
- Liaising with Internal Procurement to ensure compliance with BP procurement policies and standards
Skills required:
- Experience of running a competitive evaluation & selection process
- Experience of preparing detailed RFP documentation
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience of business-case construction; knowledge of Discounted Cash Flow techniques beneficial
- Experience of delivery of application development projects
- Negotiating skills (albeit additional support from IP will be available)
- Knowledge of agile software development methods preferred
