Job Description:Administration of VMWare and NetAPP/SAN environment and equipment. Monitoring and resolving problems in local area network of Servers and workstations.
Provide on-site support, answering and responding to all reported systems concerns and/or system outages.
Installs hardware/software, conducts system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches and resolves software and security related problems.
Ensures system backups and recovery.
Maintains user accounts, data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity.
Maintains documentation, and provides front line support for IT related problems.
Provides on-site scheduled, on call, extended hours and weekend support as required.
Provides input to the design of the enterprise systems.
Analyzes and resolves complex problems associated with server hardware, applications and software integration.
Required:
Knowledge supporting NetAPP/SAN 3 – 6 years
Experience administering SAN; specifically, NetAPP
Experience with snapshot mirroring
Experience with NetAPP replication
Must have 3 - 5 years' experience performing Systems Administration
Must have experience with VDI
Knowledge supporting vSphere & vCenter
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Solid understanding of LAN/WAN operations.
Ability to work independently.

Software tool upgrades.
Hardware upgrades and maintenance.
VMware ESX & Windows maintenance and upgrades.
Windows Server
