Change Analyst, SC Cleared, ITIL.
Change Analyst required for my central government client. To maintain and support the ICT Operating model including Policy, Process and procedures to ITIL 3 standard.
Skills/Experience Required It is expected that the Incident coordinator has the competence required to competently adhere to and follow the Incident Management ITILv3 process.
Ability to work and communicate effectively with others
Flexibility when dealing with differing tasks and deadlines
Experience in the use of Service Management toolset
Qualifications:ITIL Foundation Certificate
2 years experience in an IT department
Previous experience in the use of HP Service Management toolset (Service Manager 7 or 9:3).
Facilitate the efficient and prompt triage of all RFCs, confirming they are valid, complete and accurate
Ensure all RFCs are logged in the Change Management tool
Co-ordinate the implementation of approved Changes
Escalates to the appropriate management and stakeholders all deviations, issues, delays and risks identified associated to Changes
Ensure that ICT Operations Change, Release and Configuration Management processes and procedures are adhered to
Co-ordinate the impact assessment of all proposed RFCs
Produces agenda’s and minutes from Change Review Board (CRB) and Change Advisory Board (CAB)
Assign approved changes to the appropriate group
Monitor and hasten Change activity, reporting any choke points or delays
Review and close all RFCs
Inform management of any identified Continued Service Improvement.
