This role will also require you to use your advanced technical skills to resolve complex issues within their enterprise level Microsoft environment.

Working in modern offices located in the CBD literally seconds from bus, train and ferry links as part of a highly professional organisation, you will be given the opportunity to work in a fast paced environment in an autonomous role.

To be considered for this role you must possess demonstrable skills in the following:
- Strong technical skills across Citrix, Outlook, Wintel and Exchange
- Proven experience providing 1st and 2nd level remote telephone support to staff within top corporate environments
- Cisco IP phones experience
- Professional attitude and a commitment to resolving issues in a calm and pleasant manner

You must be mature minded, have proven experience working autonomously and possess exceptional communication skills to be considered for this role.
