Capacity Planner
A 3 month contracting opportunity with a leading telecommunication organization is available for a Capacity Planner with industry experience within the network and planning domain. Working within a high pressure yet supportive environment this role enables a Capacity Planner the opportunity to gain priceless in-depth industry experience and knowledge whilst working within a prestigious organization.
The role works closely with the construction teams and provides support in the areas of: Monitoring core networks, network planning, monitoring capacity and shortfalls area, whilst providing recommendations.
Key Requirements for this role include:
- Experience and solid knowledge of IP, Routing, Switching & Ethernet technologies associated with the Management Networks
- Experience and proficiency in the use of SOE applications: eg Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
- An understanding and appreciation of the planning process, key deliverables and of the factors that influence the demand for network capacity
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work within a team and to share knowledge with other team members
- Ability to engage and build relationships with Stakeholders
