Description
Well established Engineering consultancy with offices in Wiltshire (Commutable from Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Oxford) are looking to fill a position for a Contracts/Commercial/QS Manager with previous experience of working for a Construction company, setting up a project from scratch, including all the Sub-Contract procurement. Candidates must not have used a procurement specialist from another field and instead have five year's experience working in a pre contract environment.
