JOB SUMMARY:
- The SAP CCS Functional resource role consists of SAP Customer Care Services production support.
- The SAP CCS Functional resource will support tasks associated with SAP Customer Care Services (CCS) functional-related projects, or backfill for production support activities, while an internal employee works on the project efforts.
Production Support Responsibilities:
- SAP CCS integration with IVR.
- Dunning procedures.
- Rate maintenance.
- Bill print and CIC0 navigation.
- Consultant's Responsibilities.
- Design, code, and testing of documented tasks associated with the Customer Care Services module.
- Backfill for production support.
- Gathering and clarification, analysis, design, code and testing of documented tasks associated with the CCS module and knowledge transfer related to the project technologies.
