Description
My client is a tier 1 investment bank seeking an experienced project manager to oversee the implementation of a corporate actions processing stream within the wider commercial banking space.
The successful candidate will require the following PM skills:
Management of Project Plans
Budget management
Stakeholder management
Gathering business requirements
mitigating project risks
Chairing project team meetings
This Project Manager will have a solid understanding of the corporate actions market and processing Practices and should have been involved in a major system implementation of a corporate actions solution ie TCS Bancs.
Experience of Agile methodologies or PM qualifications such as Prince 2 or PMI is essential.
The successful candidate will have excellent commercial awareness of the securities industry - in particular global custody, Prime Brokerage and Fund of Hedge Fund.
This role requires a Project Manager with a solid understanding of both the technical and non-technical.
