The ideal candidate for this Customer Care Manager position will have managed large scale and volume Customer Care functions.

It is desirable for the candidate to have been: involved in the implementation of a business unit like this; working in the mobile/telecoms sector and involved in some sort of outsourcing work.

The scope of this project is to design, implement and outsource the customer care function and to be involved in representing the solution to their clients.

This is a minimum of a six month project and may have potential to go permanent if preferred. Only candidates available to start quickly (1-2 weeks absolute max) can be considered.
