Project Coordinator/Administrator
Contract, immediate start, 3 months + and possible extensions

Responsible for the effective delivery of small sized projects, other assignments and general assistance to the Project Manager in the delivery of Projects. This involves some fundamental aspects of project management including scheduling, customer relationships, communications, supplier management, financial management and complete project administration in accordance with an approved business case.
The Project Coordinator/Administrator must be able to work effectively and have a fundamental understanding in all aspects of the administration side of the product/project life cycle more specifically service delivery and maintenance stages.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Essential
Demonstrated Fundamental knowledge and/or experience in Project Coordination and Administration.
Highly developed written and verbal communications skills.
Working knowledge of financial reporting and forecasting methods.
Competent in the use of Microsoft Project
Competent in use of the Microsoft Suite of products, eg Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Desirable
Experience delivering and/or a thorough understanding of service delivery
Public sector experience
