Description
A senior process specialist is required for a 3 month contract role within a leading organization in the telecommunications sector. This role will see the successful candidate develop vital business process specifications, coordinate change management and develop needs analysis for a strategic and high level project. Located in Melbourne CBD, this role provides a wealth of knowledge and the opportunity to work within a leading team of specialists within the industry, whilst working with their merging partners.Responsibilities in this role include:
- The development of Business Process Specification
- Communicating changes and coordinating change management activities with Operation Integration Leads to facilitate the use of newly adopted technical solutions
- Developing Training Need Analysis and training plans
- Co-ordinating the development of Training materials
- Implementing training across groups and working closely with the Implementation Manager to facilitate the roll out solutions
Experiences in the following areas are essential:
- Coordinating high level projects and deployments
- Creating and presenting high level business documents such as; training needs analysis and business specifications
- Proficient in using; MS Projection and Visio
- Communicating to a range of technical and non technical groups and key decision makers
- Ethernet technologies
