Job Specification:

Our client is urgently looking for claims processors to work with them in processing payment protection insurance claims on behalf of a long standing client.

Candidates will have some knowledge of the financial arena and the payment protection insurance market.

The role will require individuals to manage their own diaries and caseloads, completing daily case tasks.

Individuals will liaise with claimants and third parties, gathering information in order to assess prospective claims.

The role will also require the ability to assess the work of peers on the project, along with general administrative work. Candidates will have previous experience working to deadlines or in a target driven environment and will have worked in an administrative role.

Candidates will have the ability to produce written communication, be computer literate and have a good telephone manner.

Key to the role will be assertiveness, good communication, a high standard of professionalism and organisational skills.

The candidate must have:
Good Admin Background (reasonable amount of experience)
Good Communication Skills
Good IT Skills (intermediate to advanced)
Experience in working to Targets or Able to hit Deadlines.

Contract Information:
Two weeks training provided

Office in Epson, 5mins walk from station

12 Month Contract with view to extend

2 Weeks' Notice Period

Hours: 9:00- 5:30 with 1 hours lunch

Monthly Pay

£85 Per day
