Our client, a leading Investment bank, currently seeks a Securities Network Management Project Manager.
The Securities Network Management Project Manager will be part of the Network Management and Market Intelligence function. This team is split between a core network management function, a new market intelligence function focussed on market infrastructure and a market information and analysis function. The Securities Business Project Manager is a key role within this function with 2 direct reports and an additional 2 functional reports all based in London
The Securities Network Management Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Acting as lead Project Manager to define the organisational, process and system change required to deliver the business benefits and expectations
- Developing the programme
- Responsible for programme governance
- Managing and leading the project team
- Managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholder groups
- Contribute to drive and embed a high performance culture within the team.
- Promote two way communication within the team
As such, the successful Securities Network Management Project Manager will have the following skills and experience:
- Evidence of delivery in a similar role within a global organisation
- Advanced Excel/MS Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Good analysis, design and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of Global Custodian, Broker-Dealer industry, Sub-Custodian and Nostro Agent Network Management, Securities industry and cash and derivatives business
