The successful applicant will have a proven track record in sales operations management in a call centre environment and will be able to confidently and successfully manage the project of transferring approx. 300 staff over to Sky for new Newcastle call centre due to go live 10th October.
After the transfer project as Sales Operations Manager the applicant will be responsible for the overall management of operational delivery for both the Newcastle and Leeds sites (approximately 550 staff in total) this will be made up of four direct reports at Sales Manager level who each are responsible for 7-8 Team Leaders who in turn manager approximately 15 call centre staff each. The four key areas of management are; customer satisfaction, people satisfaction, productivity and sales performance.

Well suited applicants will;
Have previously headed up a similar sized operation of a similar scale within a call centre environment.
Have extensive sales management experience.
Be a self starter who can work independently a high level.

Also of benefit would be:
Outsourcing environment experience
A current CRB check
Experience in a regulated environment.

Interviews will commence immediately with a quick start anticipated.
