A Murex Technical Consultant is required for a fast paced and interesting Global Investment Bank. The position will be based in London and will offer a very exciting Salary. The Client is regarded as one of the most energetic, competitive and fast paced places to work; expanding whilst the competition is shrinking. The client is requiring solid Murex experience with functional knowledge of cash equities and electronic trading including DMA, Algorithmic and portfolio trading. Some exposure to technologies such as: C#, Java, SQL server would be preferential, however not necessary. Located in the heart of the city, you will be right in the centre of the communications hub at Liverpool Street. Excellent transportation, only a 2 minute walk from Moorgate Tube station, as well as being in the heart of London’s exciting financial district.

My client is looking a Senior Murex Business Analyst who has experience with:
· Good understanding of the full software development life cycle.
· Good understanding of the financial services industry end-to-end, Derivatives and Capital Markets.
· Significant work experience with Derivatives Trading and Risk Management .
· Expertise in one or more of the following areas: MxML Exchange, MReports/Datamart, MLC, Market Data, Risk Management.
· Significant work experience with configuration, product customization and support with Murex as well as business processes, functional designs and requirements for a Murex implementation or upgrade.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
