Our client, a leading Investment Bank, currently seeks a Data Management Business Analyst, to be based in Docklands, London.
The Data Management Business Analyst will be part responsible for:
- Develop business requirements for change the bank projects including process maps, detailed workflows, conduct gap analysis based on "to-be" and "as-is" processes
- Aid business architecture, project manager and IT in high level requirements and functional design
- Manage various business requirements documents and business analysts to ensure completion and traceability back to high-level requirements
- Manage change request process for requirements
- Work with stakeholders globally to understand and translate requirements
As such, the successful Data Management Business Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
- Extensive Business Analysis experience
- Clear experience of involvement in technology streams from analysis to delivery
- Results driven
- Self-motivated
- Ability to run workshops
- Ability to conduct Stakeholder analysis
